Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of SaaSpy. We have kept them readable, but they are the real agreement between you and us.
Acceptance
By creating an account or using SaaSpy at getsaaspy.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
SaaSpy aggregates publicly available advertising data from the Meta, LinkedIn and Google ad libraries, adds third-party signals such as Ahrefs Domain Rating, and provides analysis and AI features to help you research SaaS markets. Data is provided for informational purposes and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate; you are responsible for your own decisions.
Accounts
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Do not share your account or use it to break the law.
Subscriptions, trial and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. New subscriptions start with a 3-day free trial; we collect your card at sign-up and do not charge it during the trial.
After the trial, the plan renews automatically (monthly or yearly) at the price shown for your region, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the Account page; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Prices may change with notice for future billing periods. Taxes may apply.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the data in bulk, reverse engineer the service, abuse the AI features, attempt to breach security, or use SaaSpy for unlawful, infringing or harmful purposes. We may suspend accounts that do.
Intellectual property
SaaSpy, its software, design and compiled datasets are owned by us. Underlying ad data belongs to the respective advertisers and platforms. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own business.
Third parties and trademarks
SaaSpy is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta, LinkedIn, Google, Ahrefs, or any company shown in the product. Trademarks belong to their owners and are used for identification only.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, uptime, or any business outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaSpy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using SaaSpy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. We may update these Terms and will change the date above when we do.
