Refund & Right of Withdrawal
No tricks. A free trial, one-click cancellation, and a 7-day right of withdrawal with a full refund. Here are the details.
3-day free trial
Every new subscription starts with a 3-day free trial. We collect your card at sign-up but do not charge it during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never billed.
7-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 7 days of the first payment, for any reason, and receive a full refund of that payment.
To exercise it, cancel from the Account page or email support@getsaaspy.com within the 7 days with the email address on your account. We will refund the charge to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
This 7-day withdrawal window is offered in addition to any longer statutory cooling-off period you may have under the consumer law of your country; whichever is more favourable to you applies.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page in one click, or through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops all future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds after the withdrawal window
After the 7-day window, payments for the current period are generally non-refundable, since the service has been made available to you. We may still grant a refund at our discretion, for example for a clear billing error or a prolonged outage. Contact us and we will look at it fairly.
